Hrimthurs

In Norse Mythology, a Hrimthurs (meaning "rime thurs") is any one of the particular tribe of Giants who are made of ice and inhabit Niflheim, a land of eternal cold. They are known to be able to freeze prey/people. They are more commonly known as "Ice Giants"
